Gaeta Black Olives

Gaeta olives, with a characteristic purplish color; Picked from March the olive is mainly black.
Prepared in this way, the olive is especially suitable for uses in the kitchen, together with capers, in puttanesca sauce, together with pasta or added to cod or even alone as an excellent aperitif.
